Evaporator Coil Cleaning
Water was leaking into the auxiliary drain pan, which indicated an issue with the heat pump system. We conducted an in-place cleaning of the evaporator coil to ensure proper airflow and efficiency. Installation
The existing Goodman split system needed replacement to ensure optimal comfort and efficiency. We removed the old unit, responsibly disposing of it and the refrigerant. After cleaning the refrigerant lines, we reattached the plenum duct, electrical connections, controls, and drain line. The system was fitted with a new filter drier and safety switch, followed by a complete vacuum and R410A charge. A new Nest E Thermostat was also installed to enhance control.
