Job in Aventura
A maintenance contract was initiated to address the need for consistent system performance. We conducted the first system service, ensuring all components were functioning optimally, and completed two prepaid tune-ups. This proactive approach not only enhances efficiency but also extends the lifespan of the system, providing peace of mind for our valued customer.
Circuit Board And Sensor Replacement
An issue with the heat pump required immediate attention due to malfunctioning sensors and a faulty circuit board. We replaced the circuit board and sensor, ensuring each component was correctly installed to restore optimal performance. This focused labor allowed the heat pump to function efficiently again, delivering reliable heating for the customer.
Blocked Drain Pan
A blocked drain pan was preventing proper drainage, which could lead to further issues. We utilized a wet-vac to vacuum the drain line and drain pan, ensuring all obstructions were thoroughly cleared. After cleaning the channels, we confirmed that the unit was draining correctly, restoring its optimal functionality.
Unit Installation
An outdated HVAC system was hindering comfort in the home. We installed a new water source heat pump unit, including the removal and disposal of the existing equipment. Our team seamlessly reconnected the new unit to the existing ductwork, electrical wiring, and drain line, complete with new steel braided hoses and a digital thermostat. We also added rigid fiberglass ductwork, 14 linear diffusers, 6 return grilles, and a Panasonic exhaust fan to enhance airflow efficiency.
