Recently needed a through-the-wall AC unit for my mom’s house. Without hesitation, our trusted plumber said to call Cyclone Mechanical. So glad I did! From speaking to Serafin, who was very kind and helpful on the phone, to meeting with Adam who promptly came to the house to provide a quote, I knew I was in good hands. Adam went out of his way to find the perfect fit for the job. He and his associate, Astrubal, did the installation and went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I am so pleased with the overall level of expertise and professionalism demonstrated throughout the process. They were also very considerate of mom’s home! I later learned that they don’t typically deal with through-the-wall units, but they knew we were in a bind and were more than willing to help. This is something that sets them apart ... they do business with heart!
